Do you bring all your own materials?
Yes we do. All chemicals, materials and equipment is provided for each task, however big or small. If you would like us to use something specific, just let us know beforehand. We’ll always provide what we feel is best for the task.
Am I/Are we under Contract?
No. We only ask you to sign to provide us with permission to enter the premises. In addition, for domestic customers we ask for 48 Hours notice should you wish to cancel or postpone the arrangements. For businesses, we ask for 14 days notice to cancel.
Do you do domestic & commercial cleaning?
Yes, we do. And MORE. For all the services we offer, please have a look at the home page and select the option you feel best suits your requirements. Complete the Request Information Form should you like more comprehensive information.
What areas do you cover?
Quite a large one! We generally travel as far North as Berkhamsted, Hatfield to the East, Ruislip to the West, and Finchley in London to the South. Specific arrangements can also be made if necessary. Just ask.
Will we have the same cleaners each time? We will always try. We will always send at least two members of the team, and we aim to send at least one of them each time so we remain familiar with the tasks. It’s in our interest too to send the same members of staff so we will always do our best.
Can you cope with large jobs?
Yes, we can. We have just finished the contract to clean Watford Leisure Centre – Woodside & Central, along with the new Jury's Inn Hotels in Watford & Swindon - The largest tasks we have ever undertaken. We are now ideally suited to large tasks with comprehensive supervision.
How Many Cleaners Will Come?
Depends on the job really. Generally 2 or 3 people for Domestic and Commercial work. 15 to 20 for the much larger jobs. Whatever is best; we’ll do.
Is any job too small?
No. We ask for a minimum of two hours cleaning to ensure the journey was worthwhile. We clean very small apartments, and even just a kitchen or bathroom if that’s what you like. We have also only attended property to paint one door, or change one switch. Just let us know what you need and we’ll do the bestwe can to accommodate.
Can we choose the day and time for a clean?
Yes, of course. All we ask is that you allow about an hour slot for arrival to allow for traffic or other factors out of our control.
Can I trust you in my home/office?
Yes, absolutely. All staff are employed by us directly, we have comprehensive insurance, and we have a very good reputation in the area for the care we take in who we employ and the respect we have for customers possessions.
How much do you charge?
It all depends. Because we employ many people and offer different services, the prices vary depending on the requirements. Domestic cleaning is generally charged hourly and commercial services are charged at an agreed price. If you would like some prices for guidance, and to help you with your decision, please complete the Request Information form with details of your requirements and we’ll send or email you some ideas. Or, just call us; we’re here to help. Property Maintenance Services are also priced once we have understood the tasks you require and the time they make take.
What do you do about access?
Entirely up to you. Ideally, we would hold a key, coded, and kept securely by us. This allows us to attend to each visit without interrupting you. If you would rather let us in, or indeed supervise the staff, this is completely understood. In addition, alarm codes can be accepted to sustain maximum security to the premises. We are also authorised to collect keys from offices, builders and agents if this suits.
Do we need to leave anything out?
No, thank you. All we ask is to know the possible whereabouts of your vacuum in case ours malfunctions and we need to borrow it.
Do you clean carpets?
Yes. Carpet cleaning is charged on a per room basis or as an agreed price for the entire home or building. All chemicals are supplied by Prochem, a leading supplier of carpet cleaning equipment and materials.
Do I need to do anything beforehand?
Not really. A quick tidy where necessary always helps, to allow us to do what we do best. Clean!
What happens when we are on holiday?
Just let us know a few days before and we will cancel any visits due whilst you are away, and maybe schedule a visit to occur just before you return. Great to get back to a nice clean home isn’t it?
What’s included?
(Domestic)
Pretty much anything you like. We can extend our service to suit you, and pride ourselves on offering a professional service that’s fits with your requirements. Changing bedding, dusting, vacuuming, kitchen sanitised, bathroom refreshed. We’ll even swoosh out your bin. Anything really that time allows. Just let us know of any specific requirements.
(Other)
Again, generally, anything we can do to help. Offices and other commercial buildings tend to have individual requirements, and we are happy to discuss these with you. This will ensure the service and ultimately the cost will be directly linked to what you have asked for.
How do we pay?
Easy. For domestic customers, payments can be made by cash, direct transfer or credit/debit cards. For businesses, cheques can also be accepted if under agreement or contract.
Will I get a receipt?
If you ask, of course.. To save paper, receipts are only printed on demand, so if you would specifically like a record, just let us know and we’ll prepare one for you.
