Spring Cleaning is far more comprehensive than most people give credit for. The idea of a Spring Clean is to clean everything present in the home, and includes a similar list to that of a Post Tenancy Clean.

The general idea is to clean out the kitchen cupboards, the fridge, clear bookshelves, clean ornamental items, remove items for cleaning under the beds, clean the internal windows, move furniture away from walls, and much more.

Spring Cleaning is charged using a tariff, providing a guaranteed price depending on the size of the home and a general picture of it's contents and condition.

This ensures we can take the time necessary to complete things properly with no pressure on us or you with regard the time taken.

In general terms, and for example, a complete Spring Clean of a three-bedroom property takes two people an entire day. This, as opposed to a three-hour domestic clean which is again typical of a property of this size

Pricing for this type of service is fixed, and is based on the size of the property. The basic price is £125.00+VAT for a one bedroom property, £145.00+VAT for a two bedroom property etc... A charge of £30.00+VAT is then levied for any additonal bathrooms, utility areas, dining rooms etc... The chart below advises the basic prices. A four bedroom home with three bathrooms and a separate utility and dining area is therefore £345.00+VAT. Please call if you require a confirmed price or for any further information.
