The development comprises more than 350 individual properties, and our job is to look after the 19 communal entrances, stairwells, lifts and general cleaning duties that serve the buildings.

In addition, we also provide a daily clean to the private Leisure Centre within the development, which includes a fully equipped gym, fitness studio, swimming pool, spa and conference facilities.
